How do I create my first event?
Log in to your dashboard, click "Create Event" and follow the step-by-step wizard. You'll set up your event details, ticket types, and pricing. Your ticketshop goes live immediately.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are processed automatically after your event. You can view your payout details and history in the dashboard under the Payouts section.
Can I customize my ticketshop?
Yes. You can add your logo, brand colors, custom event page sections, and even use your own domain. Every shop is fully white-label.
How does the scanner app work?
Download the free byTicks Scanner app on iOS or Android. Sign in with your account, select your event, and start scanning QR codes. It works offline too.
What payment methods are supported?
We support iDEAL, credit cards, Bancontact, and more through our payment provider Pay.nl. Available methods depend on your region.
