COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find them, use the form above and we'll resend them to you.
  • Refund policies are set by the event organizer. Contact them directly or reach out to us and we'll help you get in touch.
  • If the event supports resale via TicketSwap SecureSwap, you can safely resell your ticket. Check the event page for resale options.
  • Turn your screen brightness all the way up. Try opening the PDF directly instead of viewing it in your email app. Still stuck? Contact us.
  • Contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with the organizer to see what's possible.
  • The organizer will typically arrange refunds and you'll be notified by email. If you haven't heard anything, contact us and we'll follow up.
  • Open your banking app and look for the payment to the event organizer or byTicks. The transaction ID (sometimes called reference number) is shown in the payment details. For iDEAL, it typically starts with a number. For credit cards, check your card statement details.
