Events overview
All your events on one page
The events overview in byTicks gives buyers one public page with all your events and tickets. You get the same overview in your admin, with every event and its sales at a glance.
What buyers see
One page with all your events
Your shop has one public page with all your events, in your branding. Every card shows the artwork, date, venue and start time, with a Tickets button.
- Large cards with artwork, or a compact list
- An Event Page button when the event has its own page
- Upcoming and Past Events tabs if you also show past events
- The same list on your own website, with one code
You decide
Choose what your shop shows first
Show on Overview puts an event on your list. Main Event makes it the page people see when they open your shop address. One event can have both.
- You set both per event
- Leave an event off the list and share its link yourself
Festivals and weekends
Multi-day events show their days
A multi-day event gets a date range and a badge such as 2 NIGHTS. A button per day takes the buyer straight to the tickets for that day.
- NIGHTS for an evening start, DAYS for an earlier start
- The badge follows the visitor's language, for example 2 NACHTEN or 2 NOCHES
- Dates show in the event's time zone
In your admin
Every event at a glance
Your Events page gives each event a card with its status, venue and date. Tickets sold and Sold today are on the card, so you see how it sells without opening it.
- Tickets against your capacity, with a percentage and a progress bar
- Sold today next to yesterday, with an arrow up or down
- Icons show the Main Event and what is on your overview
- Your choice: count free tickets in the total, or paid tickets only
Stay on top of it
From draft to archive
Chips sort your events by stage, and Search events... finds one by name. Click a card to open the event's dashboard.
- The menu on each card holds the shortcuts you use most
- Copy Shop URL gives you the link to your ticket shop, ready to share
- Duplicate Event makes a copy for your next edition
