Activation rules
The next tier opens by itself
Let tickets go on sale by themselves, so you never have to switch one on at 2am. A ticket can open on a set date, or when another ticket sells out or reaches a number sold.
- This ticket sells out: Early Bird is gone, so Regular opens
- After N tickets sold counts paid tickets, so guest tickets and resales never trigger it
- On a specific date, always in the event time zone
- Chain preview shows the whole chain before you save
Ticket Display
Make one ticket stand out
Give a ticket a badge, an X% sold bar or a highlight. They show on your ticket shop and your custom event page, and you set them all in one panel below your tickets.
- Badges: Popular Choice, Limited and Best Seller, with your own text, icon and colour
- Sold bar: Real % fills from the tickets sold, and from 85% it says Almost sold out
- Highlight: Glow, Featured or Border, in your own Highlight colour
- Ready-made badge presets: Default, Brand and Vibrant

A personal deal, or no price at all
Show a Contact us button instead of a buy button, for VIP tables, cabanas or packages. Buyers reach you by phone, WhatsApp, email or website, with a message you can pre-fill.
- Price display text such as On request or From EUR 500, or keep a price to show both
- Mark as sold out: the Sold Out badge shows straight away, whatever the stock
- Hide price when sold out: only the badge, useful for early-bird tiers
Multi-day pass and Sales window
A pass for the weekend, door times per ticket
A Multi-day pass bundles your other events: one purchase, a ticket for each. Under Sales window, Valid from and Valid until set when a ticket gets in at the door.
- The event where you sell the pass holds the sale and the revenue
- On the PDF, a linked ticket says Included in Multi-Day
- Without door times, a ticket follows the event dates
- Good for a ticket that only gets in at certain hours, or on one day
Product images
Photos for merch and lockers
Add photos to a ticket or product, for example merch or a locker. On a section set to Card Grid, the first image is the cover and buyers can browse the others.
- Up to 10 images per product
- JPG, PNG or WebP, made smaller automatically
