The reminder

One friendly email, one clear button

byTicks spots the unfinished checkout and emails the buyer by itself. The email carries your event image, your shop name and a button straight back to the event page.

Timing

Sooner when the event is close

The reminder waits a few hours first. The closer the event, the shorter the wait: 6 hours for an event within 7 days, up to 24 hours for one further away.

Only when it helps

Nobody gets nagged

Someone who bought after all gets no reminder. Neither does anyone who already had one for this event, or who unsubscribed from your marketing. One person, one event, one email.

Your default, your words

Set a default for your whole company and choose Inherit, ON or OFF per event. With Edit email content you change the subject, the text and the button.

  • Words in curly brackets fill in the first name, event and date
  • Send test email to me shows your text straight away

See what the reminders bring back

Add the Cart Recovery widget to a dashboard: recovered revenue, conversion rate, recovered tickets and reminders sent. Each left order also shows when its reminder went out.

A left cart, five days before the show

Summer Opening is on Saturday. On Monday morning a buyer gets as far as the payment step and leaves.
