A flow starts with a trigger and follows your steps: send an email, wait, check something, take the right branch. Activate it and it runs by itself. Pause it at any time.

Pick what starts the flow. All six work for one event, and the three marked All events can also run across your whole shop.
Steps
Drag your steps onto the canvas
Drag steps onto the canvas and connect them. A Condition checks the buyer or the order, and the flow follows Yes or No. Tags mark a customer, so a later step can read them.

On an event's Automation tab, a campaign can go out Relative to Event: a set number of days before the Sale start or Event start, at the time you choose.

Every flow shows its status, how often it ran and how many emails it sent or skipped. People who unsubscribed are skipped by every flow, without you doing anything.
