The checkout
A free ticket has no payment step
Set a ticket to a price of 0 and buyers see Free. They pick their tickets, fill in their details and get their ticket by email, without choosing a payment method.
- In Quick setup, click Add free ticket and it is on sale right away
- Set an Amount for your capacity, or leave it empty for unlimited
- Ask for phone, city, gender or age at checkout if you need them
- A discount code that makes the whole order free skips payment too

Charity events are free with byTicks too
A charity run, a benefit concert, a night for a good cause: charity events are always free with byTicks, and that means really free. You get the same shop, event page and door as any other organiser.
