Recurring events
Recurring events without starting over
For recurring events in byTicks, you duplicate the last edition: your tickets, design and seating plan come along. Set the new dates, invite your past buyers and compare this edition with the last one.
Weekly, monthly or annual
Every edition is its own event
A weekly club night, a monthly series or an annual edition: each date has its own page, sales, check-ins and payout. Show every upcoming date on your events overview.
- Draft, Active, To settle and Archived show where each edition stands
- Request a payout per edition
Duplicate Event
The next edition starts from the last one
Open the menu on an event card and choose Duplicate Event. You pick the new name, link and dates, and you get a draft with your tickets, designs and most settings already in it.
- Tickets with price, service fee, quantity and min and max per order
- Ticket designs, ticket groups, venue and seating plan
- Descriptions in every language, artwork and email texts
- The look of your event page: colours, cards, hero layout and section order
Same venue, same look
Your room and your look are already there
A seating plan belongs to a venue, so you build it once and use it for every edition there. Copy design from... brings the look of another event to this one, part by part.
- Save a venue once and pick it for as many events as you like
- One venue can hold several layouts, such as Concert layout and Seated dinner
- Tick only the parts of the design you want
Past buyers
Invite the people who came last time
Send a campaign to the Ticket buyers of your last edition when the next one goes on sale. New buyers join your contacts by themselves, so All contacts grows with every edition.
- Pick any earlier event as the audience
- Reuse your email designs from Templates
- People who unsubscribed are always skipped
- Flows set for your whole shop keep running for every new edition
Compare
Is this edition selling faster than the last one?
On the event's Dashboard tab, tick Compare with another event. The other edition shows in red under each number, and Daily Sales draws it as a second line.
- Line up by First sale, Event day or Sale start
- Also compare check-ins, Top 5 Cities and Traffic Sources
- Shares are in percentages, so a big and a small edition still line up
